1 პირობებთან შეთანხმება

ეს მომსახურების პირობები ("პირობები") წარმოადგენს სავალდებულო სამართლებრივ შეთანხმებას თქვენსა და PixLayer-ს შორის. PixLayer-ის ვებსაიტზე (pixlayer.mozaikko.com) შესვლით ან ჩვენი კურსის შეძენით, თქვენ ეთანხმებით ამ პირობებს. თუ არ ეთანხმებით, გთხოვთ არ გამოიყენოთ ჩვენი სერვისი.

2 სერვისის აღწერა

PixLayer გთავაზობთ ონლაინ კურსს AI-ით პროდუქტ-ფოტოგრაფიის შესახებ. კურსი შეიცავს:

• ვიდეო და ტექსტური სახის სასწავლო მასალებს
• პრომპტ-შაბლონებს და JSON სტრუქტურებს
• დახმარების ინსტრუქციებს AI ინსტრუმენტების გამოყენებისთვის
• სამუდამო წვდომას ყველა მიმდინარე და მომავალ განახლებაზე

PixLayer იტოვებს უფლებას ნებისმიერ დროს შეცვალოს, დაამატოს ან წაშალოს კურსის შინაარსი.

3 ანგარიშის შექმნა

გადახდის დადასტურების შემდეგ, PixLayer ავტომატურად ქმნის თქვენს ანგარიშს მოწოდებული ელფოსტის მისამართით. თქვენ:

• პასუხისმგებელი ხართ ანგარიშის სერთიფიკატების კონფიდენციალობაზე
• ვალდებული ხართ მიაწოდოთ სწორი ინფორმაცია
• დაუყოვნებლივ შეგვატყობინოთ, თუ ანგარიშზე არაავტორიზებული წვდომა მოხდა
• ერთ ანგარიშს ერთი ადამიანი სარგებლობს — გაზიარება აკრძალულია

4 გადახდა და წვდომა

4.1 ფასი და გადახდა

კურსის ღირებულება მითითებულია checkout-ის გვერდზე ქართულ ლარში (₾). ყველა გადახდა მუშავდება Unipay-ის მიერ. PixLayer არ ინახავს გადახდის ინფორმაციას.

4.2 წვდომის გაკვეთება

გადახდის დადასტურებისთანავე, სისტემა ავტომატურად:

• ქმნის თქვენს ანგარიშს
• ადგენს კურსის წვდომას
• გიგზავნით შესვლის სერთიფიკატებს ელფოსტით

თუ 30 წუთის განმავლობაში ელფოსტა არ მიგიღიათ, შეამოწმეთ spam ფოლდერი, ან დაგვიკავშირდით.

5 დაბრუნების პოლიტიკა

PixLayer განიხილავს ანაზღაურების მოთხოვნას შემდეგ შემთხვევებში:

• კურსის ტექნიკური ხელმიუწვდომლობა 72 საათზე მეტი (PixLayer-ის მხრიდან)
• ორმაგი გადახდა ერთი და იმავე პირის მიერ
• გადახდა არაავტორიზებული პირის მიერ (თაღლითობა)

ანაზღაურების მოთხოვნა უნდა გაიგზავნოს 7 კალენდარული დღის განმავლობაში გადახდიდან, ელფოსტით: supportpixlayer@gmail.com. PixLayer იღებს გადაწყვეტილებას 5 სამუშაო დღის განმავლობაში.

6 ინტელექტუალური საკუთრება

PixLayer-ის ვებსაიტზე, კურსში და ყველა მასალაში მოცემული ყველა კონტენტი — ტექსტი, გრაფიკა, ვიდეო, კოდი და ლოგო — PixLayer-ის ექსკლუზიური საკუთრებაა.

კურსის შეძენა გაძლევს:

• პირადი, არაკომერციული გამოყენების ლიცენზიას
• სამუდამო, შეუზღუდავ წვდომას კურსის მასალებზე

კატეგორიულად აკრძალულია:

• კურსის მასალების ხელახლა გაყიდვა, გადაცემა ან გაზიარება
• კურსის ეკრანის ჩაწერა და გავრცელება
• PixLayer-ის სასწავლო მასალებზე დაფუძნებული კონკურენტული კურსების შექმნა

7 აკრძალული სარგებლობა

PixLayer-ის სერვისის გამოყენებისას, აკრძალულია:

• ყალბი ან არასწორი ინფორმაციის მიწოდება
• სხვა მომხმარებლის ანგარიშზე წვდომის მცდელობა
• პლატფორმის ტექნიკური სისტემების გატეხვა ან ჩარევა
• სპამი, ვირუსები ან მავნე კოდის გავრცელება
• PixLayer-ის სახელის ბოროტად გამოყენება
• კანონის საწინააღმდეგო ქმედებები

ამ წესების დარღვევის შემთხვევაში, PixLayer-ს უფლება აქვს ანგარიში დაბლოკოს ანაზღაურების გარეშე.

8 პასუხისმგებლობის შეზღუდვა

PixLayer-ის კურსი მოწოდებულია "არსებული სახით". ჩვენ ვცდილობთ კონტენტის სიზუსტეს, მაგრამ ვერ გარანტიას ვიძლევით კონკრეტულ სავაჭრო შედეგებზე.

PixLayer არ არის პასუხისმგებელი:

• სავაჭრო შედეგებზე, რომლებიც შეიძლება განსხვავდებოდეს ინდივიდუალური ძალისხმევისა და გარემოებების მიხედვით
• მესამე მხარის ინსტრუმენტებთან (Gemini, Dreamina, Pomelli) დაკავშირებულ პრობლემებზე
• ინტერნეტ კავშირის ან მოწყობილობის გაუმართაობაზე
• გამოყენებული AI ინსტრუმენტების ცვლილებებსა თუ ხელმიუწვდომლობაზე

9 ხელშეკრულების შეწყვეტა

PixLayer-ს უფლება აქვს შეაჩეროს ან გააუქმოს თქვენი ანგარიში:

• თუ დაირღვა ამ პირობების ნებისმიერი მუხლი
• თუ გამოვლინდა კრიმინალური ან თაღლითური ქმედება
• თუ კურსის მასალები გაიზიარეთ ან გაყიდეთ

ანგარიშის გაუქმების შემთხვევაში, ანაზღაურება არ გაიცემა, გარდა 5-ე მუხლით გათვალისწინებული შემთხვევებისა.

10 მოქმედი კანონი

ეს პირობები რეგულირდება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით. ნებისმიერი დავა განიხილება საქართველოს სასამართლო სისტემის მიხედვით.

1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PixLayer. By accessing our website (pixlayer.mozaikko.com) or purchasing our course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2 Service Description

PixLayer offers an online course on AI product photography. The course includes:

• Video and text-based learning materials
• Prompt templates and JSON structures
• Step-by-step guides for using AI tools
• Lifetime access to all current and future course updates

PixLayer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove course content at any time.

3 Account Creation

Upon payment confirmation, PixLayer automatically creates your account with the provided email address. You are:

• Responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
• Required to provide accurate information
• Obligated to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Permitted to use one account per person — sharing is prohibited

4 Payment and Access

4.1 Pricing and Payment

Course pricing is displayed on the checkout page in Georgian Lari (₾). All payments are processed by Unipay. PixLayer does not store payment information.

4.2 Access Delivery

Upon payment confirmation, the system automatically:

• Creates your account
• Grants course access
• Sends login credentials to your email

If you haven't received the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

5 Refund Policy

PixLayer will consider a refund request in the following cases:

• Technical inaccessibility of the course for more than 72 hours (due to PixLayer)
• Duplicate payment by the same person
• Unauthorized payment (fraud)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment by email to supportpixlayer@gmail.com. PixLayer will respond within 5 business days.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the PixLayer website and within the course — text, graphics, videos, code, and logo — is the exclusive property of PixLayer.

Purchasing the course grants you:

• A personal, non-commercial use license
• Lifetime, unlimited access to course materials

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, transferring, or sharing course materials
• Screen-recording and distributing course content
• Creating competing courses based on PixLayer's curriculum

7 Prohibited Use

When using PixLayer's service, the following are prohibited:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Hacking or interfering with the platform's technical systems
• Spreading spam, viruses, or malicious code
• Misusing the PixLayer brand name
• Any illegal activity

In case of a violation, PixLayer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without a refund.

8 Limitation of Liability

PixLayer's course is provided "as is". We strive for content accuracy but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes.

PixLayer is not liable for:

• Business results, which may vary based on individual effort and circumstances
• Issues related to third-party tools (Gemini, Dreamina, Pomelli)
• Internet connection or device failures
• Changes or unavailability of the AI tools featured in the course

9 Termination

PixLayer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated
• Criminal or fraudulent activity is detected
• Course materials are shared or resold

Upon account termination, no refund will be issued, except as provided under Section 5.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Georgian court system.
